If you have given your consent when registering your account, when subscribing to our newsletter or blog, or shared your email address or other personal data with us to receive any other information (for example, our list of sub-processors), we will process your email address to send you the informative and/or promotional materials, to which you have subscribed to, for example, newsletters, advertisements of our Services and other information about our Services that you have requested. Sharing Personal Information

We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

• We may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
• We use Subliminator, Kin Custom, Art of Where, ArtsAdd, and Printify as our fulfillment partners, all “Order Information” (see “Collecting Personal Information”) is shared with our partners, so you can track and receive ordered products.
• We use Yotpo as Review, SMS & email marketing service provider. Customer information is shared with them for marketing purposes.

 

Behavioural Advertising

Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on Qolord, which are sent directly to users’ browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:

• We share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and your interaction with our ads on other websites with our advertising partners. • We use Shopify Audiences to help us show ads on other websites with our advertising partners to buyers who made purchases with other Shopify merchants and who may also be interested in what we have to offer. SMS marketing

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. 

Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

 

Lawful basis

Retention

We may retain your personal data for as long as you have a Qolord account or any of the above-mentioned legal bases for personal data processing still exists. For example, if you unsubscribe from our marketing, newsletter, or blog emails, we will stop the processing of personal data for such purposes. If you have used our Services without creating a Qolord account, we will keep your personal data as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligation to retain information relating to the provision of services, for example, for tax purposes.

After terminating your relationship with us by deleting your Qolord account or otherwise ceasing to use our Services, we may continue to store copies of your as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes between you and us (or you and your customers), to prevent fraud and abuse, to enforce our agreements, and/or to protect our legitimate interests (to the extent that we are permitted by the applicable law to continue to store copies to protect our legitimate interests).

Automatic decision-making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using customer data.

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect on you.

Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:

• Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
• Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Information security

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of personal data. We encourage you to take care of the personal data in your possession that you process online and set strong passwords for your Qolord account, limit access to your computer and browser by signing out after you have finished your session, and avoid providing us with any sensitive information.

 

Selling Personal Information

Our Site sells Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).

We are providing Shopify Audiences information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchase. This provides a possibility to share our products outside of this Site for possibly interested audiences.

If you’d like to opt-out of the sale, please see the CCPA Compliance “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” section. 

We do not intentionally collect and sell Personal Information from children under 16. We do not ask for affirmative authorization from children under 16. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address above to request deletion.
