Refund policy

Please contact us with any of the problems you encounter regarding your order and before attempting to return an item. We will try our best to help!

We have a 12-day return policy, which means you have 12 days after receiving your items to request a return.

 

Reason for a refund/return

Defective items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items (manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage) must be submitted within 12 days after the product has been received.

Depending on the item and the situation, we sometimes do not require to return items, so if you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact us first, add your order number and explain your problem in detail. We might also ask you to share photos/video of the item/s. We will evaluate the damage and be happy to provide a refund or reship a different item in case of an error on our side. 


Buyer’s remorse and size exchange

If an order arrives with manufacturing errors, in the wrong size, or has other obvious errors, we’ll happily work with you to find a solution.

However, if you change your mind regarding a sale or you have not read measurements that are displayed in the product page and the size does not fit you, it’s unlikely that a refund, exchange, or other special treatment will be offered.

Due to items being handmade after your purchase, hygiene,  and other reasons, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchange.

But you can always contact us for any return related question, share your experience or concern and we’ll try to find a solution, if possible.


Missing Items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you. It’s equally important to us! We do everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in a good condition.

Please contact us so we can evaluate the situation of missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.  

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 12 days after the estimated delivery date. 


Wrong address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).


Unclaimed

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

If you encounter any other issue with or reaction to our product, please provide details, and we will respond to you.


How to request a refund?

If you’d like to request a refund in accordance with this Policy, please contact us and we will evaluate the situation accordingly.

Depending on the item and the situation, we sometimes do not require to return items, so if you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please contact us first, add your order number and explain your problem in detail. We might also ask you to share photos/video of the item/s.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.


How to return products?

To start a return, you must first contact us. If you have contacted us about the refund and we have decided that you should return the products to us, we will send the instructions in email to you directly on how to send damaged products back to us.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.


Order cancellation and changes

When you create an order, we do our best to start the production of the products to offer better delivery times. If the product is already in production, it is not possible to cancel the order and get a refund.

We suggest you double-check the products and sizes before checkout, so you are sure that everything is correct before making the payment.

Some items have a few hours window before being sent to production, when we can still do the cancellation, therefore always contact us as quickly as possible after the creation of the order and we’ll try to work with you to find a solution.

The same is valid for any detail changes in the order, such as size of the product - if we have already started working on the hand-crafted product, we can't change the size.

Regarding changes in shipping address - it is most of the time possible to change the address while the items are in the production. When the items are given to the courier, it is not possible to do any changes to the address anymore. In case of an address change request, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Non-refundable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as boxer briefs, swim trunks, socks and any other type of underwear or swimwear). The only exception when we refund for these items is if you have received defective items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
  2. sealed goods that were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion for the products that fit these exemptions. 


Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
